RETURNS & REFUNDS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, consignments, custom-sized rings, or gift cards. If for some reason you're not happy with your item or think you have a special case, please contact us ASAP with your order number. We rarely get return requests and only accept returns within reason. We stand behind every item we sell. Our store is owned by a GIA Graduate Gemologist. All information on our items is in the description, including size, weight, description, price, etc.
We will provide you with a return label and you are responsible to package it with care and drop it off at your local post office. All refund details will be sent via email automatically (and are applied to your original method of payment). If your refund is not reflected in your bank account after 5 business days, contact your bank. Please do not contact us before contacting your bank first, then please contact us.  Please note, we are not responsible for packages we do not receive. We do not process exchanges (simply return your unwanted piece and make a separate purchase for the new item). Please make sure the item is packaged with care.
