RETURNS & REFUNDS

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on products that are on sale, consigned, custom-sized, or gift cards. Because we are a unique store and offer consignment services for our customers, we only offer store credits as a refund.  If you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason or believe you have a unique situation, please get in touch with us right away and include your order number. Return requests are uncommon, and we only accept reasonable returns. Every product we sell has our guarantee. A GIA Graduate Gemologist is the owner of our shop. Size, weight, description, pricing, and other details regarding our products are all included in the description.

We will email you a return label for the return. You would need to package the item up carefully and deliver it to the local shipping drop-off location. All refund information will be automatically forwarded to your email address (and applied to your original method of payment). Please note, we are not responsible for packages we do not receive.
